Glass electrodes can look the same because many of their shapes are based on antique designs.  Beauty companies use the same antique antique designs since the patents are now in public domain, and that's also the reason wand electrodes use some of the same designs.

We're the only ones making new designs that are specifically for kinky purposes- to encircle a nipple, wrap round a stiff one and prod the jewels, insert in various orifices.
