  • At my main information website at www.violetwanda.net. you will find the extensive articles and in-depth support that we’ve been providing to the kink community for almost 2 decades.  Dray and I both believe information and education should be free and an important contribution to the community.
  • Downloads and technical manuals are at our downloads area.  You’ll find your wand user manual and manuals for advanced techniques.  We make them downloadable so you can always access the newest updated versions.

Are you wondering about your order?

  • If you have placed an ORDER You can check on the status of your order at any time at your convenience! Just log into the website to view your order history and you’ll return all available information about your order, including tracking information!
  • We use www.usps.com, so you can track your order number at that site.  Some items are shipped separately due to packaging needs. Keep in mind there may also be postal or customs delays beyond our control.

If you have a QUESTION
Do check the website, FAQs, policies and your manual to see if you can find more information there. Most questions are easily answered from the website. In addition, our email responders answer 95% of all client queries, so please be sure to read them if you receive one. They DO contain important information.

    I have been trying to contact your company unsuccessfully for the last 3 weeks regarding a missing in action order of mine. It was never fulfilled, it’s last status was “in flow” and now is completely gone from my order section. It preceded the order that is listed, and it’s pretty pointless to have violet wand tools without a violet wand. The order that dissappeared is order 2191 and was placed May 1st and the money was nearly 800$ for the Terminator Violet wand kit with several added tools. Please let me know what is going on. This is like the 8th time ive tried to contact you guys combined via email AND phone. All i’ve wanted was an update.

        Hey Jason, I apologize for the issue. Your order was completely lost from our order screen so we were unaware of its existence. Our web guy dug in and found the order for us so we can get that handled for you. Again, I am sorry this has happened. I hope you have a wonderful day!

    Hello I think something happened similar to my order as well. I ordered back March 7 2020 and ordered a kit. My order number was #2169 and I have yet to receive it… I have left phone messages and tried emails to no avail… the contact Messages above have given me renewed hope! Please help me.
